You are not paranoid if they really are out to get you. You can write without publishing you know. Why?...because the writing itself is the reward. It is truly cathartic. Publishing is a rush. Comments both positive and negative are the bonus sometimes bathing you in sunshine and other times pounding your heart with a claw hammer.
